This rotating platform machine packs pallets with stretch film.

The tension of the film is managed through an electrical magnetic clutching system.

The platform rotation speed and the film holder speed are settable. There are 3 different cycles:
– Wrapping up
– Wrapping up and down
– Waterproof

There are other available options:
– Weghting system integrated available 
– Bury the machine underground
– Lifting legs

The machine can be equipped with software that allows the detection of pallet dimensions, weight and sharing of these data with the company’s management system.

La tension du film est contrôlée par un système de frein électromagnétique

La vitesse de rotation de la table tournante et la vitesse de monté/descente chariot son réglables.

Il y a 3 cycles d’emballage disponibles:

– Emballage montée et descente
– Emballage avec dépose de coiffe et cycle étanche

Possibilité d’installation panneau touch-Screen avec stockage des recettes d’emballage et insertion dans l’environnement INDUSTRIE 4.0

La machine peut être équipée d’un logiciel permettant la détection de la taille du palette , du poids et du partage de ces données avec le système de gestion de la compagnie.
