SPECIFICHE TECNICHE 

Macchina semiautomatica per l’imballaggio di scatole e pacchi con film estensibile. L’operatore può scegliere tra tre tipi di cicli di avvolgimento, Azionamento del ciclo di avvolgimento tramite pulsante e posizione di arresto indicizzato.

TELAIO | Telaio prodotto in acciaio costituito da una struttura in tubolare resistente e una copertura di lamiere che danno forma alla macchina. | La struttura è studiata per il contenimento della bobina di film estensibile, del sistema di estensione e del quadro elettrico. | Dotata di carter di copertura della bobina di film. | La struttura in acciaio garantisce un’elevata durata di tempo e evita rotture durante i trasporti.

PIATTAFORMA | Disco prodotto in acciaio diametro 690 mm rivestito in gomma diamantata ad alto coefficiente di attrito dotato di due perni, uno fisso, con 3 posizioni di base, l’altro mobile per consentire il serraggio del bagaglio durante l’avvolgimento.

SISTEMA DI ESTENSIONE | Gruppo di estensione del film con sistema elettromagnetico, dotato di un rullo rivestito di gomma e di due rulli folli per aumentare la superficie di attrito. | Alto range di regolazione. | Utilizzabili bobine di film macchinabile 500mm e 750mm

IMPIANTO ELETTRICO | Inserito all’interno della macchina in cassa IP65, contiene un inverter per la regolazione della rotazione della piattaforma e caratteristiche principali:
• Regolazione della velocità di rotazione del bagaglio;
• Regolazione dell’estensione del film;
• Comando avvio ciclo
• Selezione del tipo di ciclo (3+3,4+4,demo);
• Contacicli per avvolgimenti effettuati;

Il funzionamento della macchina è semiautomatico, l’operatore preme il pulsante di start, e la macchina avvia il ciclo con le impostazioni selezionate. Dopo  aver ruotato il pacco di 90° viene effettuala la seconda parte del ciclo.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Semi-automatic machine for packaging boxes and parcels with stretch film.
The operator can choose between three types of wrapping cycles, Activation of the wrapping cycle via button and indexed stop position.

Structure
Frame produced in steel consisting of a resistant tubular structure and a cover of sheets that give shape to the machine.
The structure is designed to contain the stretch film reel, the extension system and the electrical panel.
Equipped with a film reel cover casing.
The steel structure guarantees a long duration of time and avoids breakage during transport.

Platform
Disc made of steel with a diameter of 690 mm covered in diamond rubber with a high coefficient of friction equipped with two pins, one fixed, with 3 basic positions, the other movable to allow the tightening of the luggage during wrapping.

Extension system
Film extension group with electromagnetic system, equipped with a rubber-coated roller and two idle rollers to increase the friction surface.
High adjustment range.
500mm and 750mm machinable film reels can be used

Electrical system
Inserted inside the machine in an IP65 case, it contains an inverter for adjusting the rotation of the platform and main features:
• Adjustment of the rotation speed of the baggage;
• Adjustment of the extension of the film;
• Cycle start command
• Selection of the type of cycle (3 + 3,4 + 4, demo);
• Cycle counter for windings carried out;

The operation of the machine is semi-automatic, the operator presses the start button, and the machine starts the cycle with the selected settings.
After rotating the pack by 90 °, the second part of the cycle is carried out.

Machine semi-automatique pour emballer des boîtes et des colis avec un film étirable.
L’opérateur peut choisir entre trois types de cycles d’enrubannage, l’activation du cycle d’enrubannage par bouton et la position d’arrêt indexée.

Cadre
Châssis réalisé en acier composé d’une structure tubulaire résistante et d’un couvercle de tôles qui donnent forme à la machine.
La structure est conçue pour contenir la bobine de film étirable, le système d’extension et le panneau électrique.
Équipé d’un boîtier de protection de bobine de film.
La structure en acier garantit une longue durée et évite la casse pendant le transport.

Plateau
Disque en acier d’un diamètre de 690 mm recouvert de caoutchouc diamant à haut coefficient de frottement équipé de deux goupilles, l’une fixe, avec 3 positions de base, l’autre mobile pour permettre le serrage du bagage lors de l’emballage.

Système d’extension
Groupe d’extension de film avec système électromagnétique, équipé d’un rouleau recouvert de caoutchouc et de deux rouleaux fous pour augmenter la surface de friction.
Plage de réglage élevée.
Des bobines de film usinables de 500 mm et 750 mm peuvent être utilisées

Système électrique
Inséré à l’intérieur de la machine dans un boîtier IP65, il contient un inverseur pour régler la rotation de la plate-forme et ses principales caractéristiques:
• Réglage de la vitesse de rotation des bagages;
• Réglage de l’extension du film;
• Commande de démarrage de cycle
• Sélection du type de cycle (3 + 3,4 + 4, démo);
• Compteur de cycles pour les enroulements effectués;

Le fonctionnement de la machine est semi-automatique, l’opérateur appuie sur le bouton de démarrage et la machine démarre le cycle avec les paramètres sélectionnés.
Après avoir tourné le pack de 90 °, la deuxième partie du cycle est effectuée.
