Questo modello di avvolgitrice per pallet dispone di una piattaforma a rulli motorizzati per il carico e lo scarico dei pallet in automatico. Questa tipologia di macchina da imballaggio ha funzionamento semiautomatico e viene generalmente inserita in linea. Sistema di frizionamento del film estensibile elettromagnetico con regolazione da potenziometro.

Velocità della piattaforma e del carrello porta bobina regolabile con selezione di 3 possibili cili:
Imballo per la sola salita | Imballo salita/discesa |  Imballo impermeabile

Possibilità di installazione pannello touch-Screen con memorizzazione delle ricette di imballo
Possibilità di installazione sistema di pre-estensione a 1 o 2 motori
Possibilità di aggiungere stampante per etichette

Description

This model of wrapping machine incorporates motorized rolls to load and unload automatically the pallet.
This type of machine is normally placed inside a production line.

The tension of the film is managed through an electrical magnetic clutching system.

The platform rotation speed and the film holder up/down speed are settable. There are 3 different cycles possible:
– Wrapping up
– Wrapping up and down
– Waterproof

It’s also possible to add a touch-screen panel to collect the various recipes.
Weghting system integrated available.
Complete automatic loading and cutting system available.
Film tension and pre-tension system with 1 or 2 motors.

Cette modèle de machine à rouleaux motorisés est prévu pour être intégrée dans une ligne de convoyeurs motorisés pour le chargement et déchargement automatique des palettes. Cette application sera donc installée dans une ligne de production.
La tension du film est contrôlée par un système de frein électromagnétique
