PANNELLO COMANDI
Pannello comandi semplice ed intuitivo realizzato con potenziometri e selettori per una rapida regolazione di:
– velocità di rotazione braccio;
– velocità si salita/discesa del carrello;
– numero di giri alla base;
– numero di giri alla sommità;
– tipo di ciclo di imballo da eseguire (solo salita – salita/discesa – impermeabile)

FILM ESTENSIBILE
La macchina usa bobine di film PE CAST estensibile con spessore da 6 a 30 my., altezza film di 450-500 mm, diametro interno anima 60 – 76,2 mm, diametro esterno bobina film massimo 240 mm.
Peso massimo bobina 16kg.
Il materiale deve essere del tipo monocollante avvolta con il lato collante all’interno della bobina.

IMPIANTO ELETTRICO
Inserito nella colonna, è dotato di PLC e inverter Schneider

LANDBOOM PLUS

La versione Landboom Plus è stata studiata per aumentare la produttività della macchina puntando sull’automatizzazione delle operazioni manuali tipiche delle macchine semiautomatiche. Le operazioni di aggancio del film prima e del taglio al termine dell’imballo non sono più a carico dell’operatore bensì ad un automatismo che esegue in piena autonomia queste operazioni ivi compresa la saldatura del lembo finale. Per rendere possibile queste operazioni il pallet dovrà essere depositato sopra uno zoccolo di rialzo.

OPZIONALI
–Pannello operatore touchscreen: consente di avere cicli di imballo personalizzabili e memorizzabili oltre che disporre delle movimentazioni manuali (non presenti sul modello base);
–Carrello a prestiro motorizzato per abbattere i consumi di film. Rapporto di pre-estensione fisso 180% teorico.
–Telecomando per l’avvio ciclo remotato.

LANDBOOM PLUS
The Landboom Plus version is designed to increase machine productivity by automating the manual operations typical of semi-automatic machines. The operations of hooking the film before and cutting it at the end of the packaging are no longer the responsibility of the operator, but of an automatism that carries out these operations independently, including the sealing of the final flap. To make these operations possible, the pallet must be placed on a raised base.

-Touchscreen operator panel: enables customisable and memorisable packing cycles as well as manual handling (not present on the basic model);
-Motorised pre-stretch carriage to reduce film consumption. Fixed pre-stretch ratio 180% theoretical.

LANDBOOM PLUS
La version Landboom Plus est conçue pour augmenter la productivité de la machine en automatisant les opérations manuelles typiques des machines semi-automatiques. Les opérations d’accrochage du film avant et de coupe en fin d’emballage ne sont plus du ressort de l’opérateur, mais d’un automatisme qui effectue ces opérations de manière autonome, y compris le scellage du rabat final. Pour que ces opérations soient possibles, la palette doit être placée sur une base surélevée.
