SPECIFICHE TECNICHE

I nastri elevatori “a Z” trasportano i prodotti in modo rapido e sicuro al livello necessario affinché le apparecchiature di confezionamento possano svolgere al meglio il proprio lavoro. I nostri elevatori sono progettati per essere igienizzati ed efficienti. Poiché trasportano i prodotti in modo delicato da un livello all’altro, sono adatti per l’uso in industrie che si occupano di prodotti fragili o alterabili. La nostra attuale linea di trasportatori a Z è stata perfezionata e migliorata in decenni di esperienza per offrire una tecnologia all’avanguardia. Le tipologie di nastri trasportatori modulari utilizzati sono particolarmente adatte per impieghi gravosi, applicazioni di trasporto di prodotti in generale, de-watering, ingresso / uscita dal congelatore, allineamento e trasferimento di prodotti sfusi e/o in vassoi.

STRUTTURA

Interamente costruito in acciaio inossidabile AISI304 e dotato di un telo modulare, con facchini a tazza, altezza da 102 mm (da verificare in fase di progettazione per ottenere il miglior trasferimento del prodotto)
Supporti in acciaio inox AISI304, dotati di piedini, regolabili in altezza.

Inclinazione standard 75 ° (da verificare in fase di studio)

Il nastro è dotato di vassoi in acciaio inossidabile posti al di sotto del telo modulare con la funzione di raccolta dello sporco o detriti risultanti durante il trasporto del prodotto.

Possono essere rimossi in caso di manutenzione o pulizia profonda.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Z-elevators transport products quickly and safely to the level needed for packaging equipment to do its job. Our elevators are designed to be sanitized and efficient. Because they gently transport products from one level to the next, they are suitable for use in industries that deal with fragile or alterable products. Our current line of Z-conveyors has been refined and improved over decades of experience to offer state-of-the-art technology. The types of modular conveyors used are particularly suited for heavy-duty, general product conveying applications, de-watering, freezer entry/exit, alignment and transfer of bulk and/or trayed products.

STRUCTURE

Entirely made of AISI304 stainless steel and equipped with a modular sheet, with cup flights, height from 102 mm (to be verified in the design phase to obtain the best product transfer)
Supports in stainless steel AISI304, equipped with feet, adjustable in height.

Standard inclination 75 ° (to be verified in the design phase)

The belt is equipped with stainless steel trays placed under the modular belt with the function of collecting dirt or debris resulting during the transport of the product.

La bande est équipée de plateaux en acier inoxydable placés sous la bande modulaire et ayant pour fonction de recueillir la saleté ou les débris résultant du transport du produit.

Ils peuvent être retirés en cas d’entretien ou de nettoyage en profondeur.
